Bubble project was started by a guy who wanted to create discussion amongst the broader community with respect to the 'corporate monologue' that is monopolising culture yadda yadda yadda... Anyway, his solution/intervention was to put empty speach bubbles over bus stop ads allowing people to fill in the text and create a dialogue.
